The Cleaning Agency (Putzfrauenagentur) is a franchise company with legally independent agencies. Agencies that use a family name as part of their corporate name are franchisees. Agencies that use a place name as part of their corporate name are subsidiaries of the public limited company.

All of the Cleaning Agencies are obligated to adhere to the corresponding Collective Labour Agreements in the cleaning industry and are monitored by the regional joint committees. The contact information for the individual agencies can be viewed under a separate menu category or requested directly by entering a postcode.

Adrian Gsell, born in the canton of Zurich on 12 August 1968, is the company founder and main shareholder. He is responsible for both the strategic management of the company as well as marketing.

Co-owner Lilian Kellenberg was born on 20 June 1962, also in the canton of Zurich. Her sphere of responsibility lies in the operational management of the company.

The Cleaning Agency was founded in 2003 as a sole proprietorship and became a limited liability company on 1 January 2004. It has been a public limited company since 2009, with a capital of CHF 100,000 which is 100% paid in.

Worst cleaning agency. Personnel are neither trained nor professionally accompanied. Customers are rudely wiped. Arrogant attitude from management. Responsibility for errors and damage is not accepted. Stay away from this company.

I would like to give 0 stars but I can't. If our cleaning lady wasn't so good, I would cancel immediately. They have neither a feeling for people nor the ability to run a company. The employee on the phone is constantly annoyed, the owners only issue the bill and are not at all interested in their customers and the "quality managers" are not worth the name.

Our first 3 years were great, mostly thanks to the amazing cleaning person we had: reliable, professional, kind. Once they left, things started getting bad: no reliability on the part of the agency, 3 cleaning sessions canceled last minute with no replacement, poor organizational skills, no reactivity, and no proper follow up with customers. We've decided to terminate our contract with them.

We are very satisfied with our cleaning help. Always punctual and friendly and working independently (she also cleans something that is not on the schedule if there is still time). Communication with the agency is also very good, in the event of illness or other absences, a replacement is organized immediately in consultation and efforts are also made to organize the same replacement person who already knows the apartment. And I have to say one more thing: cleaning the apartment is a service that has to do with people. And that mistakes happen from time to time is completely normal and human. Also, their own demands are sometimes higher than those of the cleaner. But you can communicate all that. What is important is how it is dealt with, and I think the agency and our cleaning help do that very well. I don't understand how people give only 1 star here (and also in other reviews), 2, 3 or 4 stars would certainly be more realistic in many cases. Such 1-star reviews harm the company unnecessarily and are usually inappropriate. But that's just my opinion, maybe we're just lucky - hence a clear recommendation from me.

Arrogant and unprofessional. I required a check out cleaning and it took 2 weeks to finally get the person coming to see the flat after few cancellations at the last moment. And when she finally came all the questions were about agreeing to get a long term contract with them for the next flat. After i said that i'm not interested in long term cleaning, Manuela promised to make me an offer in 1-2 days and left. However no offer arrived from her and when i chased for a feedback she said that all their cleaning teams are not available at the date of cleaning and long after that. I didnt understand why i had to wait 2 weeks for her visit if she knew that they will not be able to clean. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
