Customer Advisers

We are looking for trustworthy and reliable individuals to conduct customer visits in different areas throughout Switzerland.

How are you supported?

After a thorough training period based on our expertise, you will be capable of visiting potential customers independently to find out more about their requirements. Our motivated back office team provides you with the necessary appointments and prepares all of the quotes for you.

 

What do your responsibilities look like?
You will represent our company and visit interested individuals in their homes, explain our concept and advise potential customers based on their specific requirements. After a successful acquisition, you are responsible for familiarising the cleaner with the new position and passing on the administration to the back office. Furthermore, you form an important interface between customers, cleaners and the agency management.

Who are we looking for?
In order to expand our dynamic team, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and responsible consultants who can organise their work assignments independently and consistently implement our corporate philosophy. You do not fold under stress and can keep a cool head even in hectic situations. Your solution-oriented actions enable you to address the specific needs of customers and employees.

 

What should you contribute?
You are between 25 and 55 years young, possess a flair for organisation, work efficiently and speak Swiss German fluently. Foreign languages such as English and French would facilitate your interactions with other cultures but are not mandatory. You appreciate the freedom of not being bound by set working hours and enjoy organising your customer visits independently. Your own vehicle is absolutely essential for this position.
